Paws for a cause
Each year from 2015 we set a goal to donate all the money earned to dog/animal specific charities. We started with food and toy donations to Ellie's Pet Pantry and have grown to many more options and higher level donations thanks to our massive raffle basket auction.
This year, our goal is to put the money we earn back into the dog parks as they need some TLC and extra items that can directly support the safety and success of dogs in our hometown, as we are the ones who use it the most!
Below we have linked a few of our favorite dog related charities/shelters that we have donated to in the past or that support our values in dog health and safety. We do not expect donations live from our website, but this is another way to share their passion for our pets and support them just like some have supported us in the past.
Pets for Vets
To help heal the emotional wounds of military veterans by using the power of the human-animal bond to provide a second chance for shelter animals by rescuing, training and pairing them with America's servicemen and women who could benefit from having a companion animal.
Ellie's Pet Pantry
Ellie’s Pet Pantry supplies members of our local community with food for hungry pets, assisting families that have fallen on hard times and are struggling to keep their families intact.
Paws Across Pittsburgh
Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pittsburgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.
Animal Lifeline Pittsburgh
Animal Lifeline Pittsburgh continues to grow and expand our programs and we continue to be dedicated to developing solutions for at-risk pets through education, disaster mitigation, adoption and rescue support, transportation assistance, food and supply assistance and financial and in-kind support and adoptions.
We aim to provide high quality care for the well-being of rescued cats and dogs until they are placed in forever homes. We believe the relationship between a human and companion animal is an important bond that improves the physical and social well-being of individuals and the community at large.
